Legal Question in Personal Injury in Oklahoma

Injury

I was recently in a car wreck my husband intentionaly caused. I was driving my grandmothers car and he was driving mine. We have only been married for 7 weeks. I was injured and my g-mas car was totaled due to it. How do I go about getting a claim against him? I'm in the process of filing for a divorce.

Have you contacted your insurance agent regarding filing a claim? I am not sure your insurance will cover a claim if the other driver, i.e. your husband, intentionally hit your car verus accidentally or negligently hit your car by not paying attention, etc.
