my by Husband is being charged with domistic assult and battery on me.and his coowner of there company and his girl freind is being charged with assult and battery 1 and 2 counts.i was held against my will on there company properyt is there any civil suite i can fileand i am needing a divorce.i am also disable and my husband has been my soul support for the past 6 years and he and Randy knew of my disability and i only meet randys girlfreind 3 times. i have no money i filed for ssi but i have not got and answer yet my husband would not pay the rent so he has made me homeless now for 3months he has not gave me any money.i feel like he has abandoned me.he will not talk to me either.thank you for your time and hopefully help dvis will not help me get a divorce because i drop the procion order on my husband.

You can file a civil suit for the assault and battery, but it sounds like you may want to also stay focused on the divorce right now to make sure you get a fair settlement.
