Legal Question in Personal Injury in Oklahoma

re-post: dog bite, doctor bill

At the time I didn't have any homeowners insurance, now I do but don't know if it will cover on previous incidents. I have the money to split the cost with her, but don't now if I am really liable, being that my dog would not have bit her intentionally and she knows that she used to play with her all the time, it was just the situation where our dogs got into a fight and she tried to break it up. Thanks for the input and any other input would be greatly appreciated.
