Legal Question in Personal Injury in Oklahoma

son injured by horse

I live in a neighborhood next to a horse farm. My 10 yr old son climbed thru a fence and tried to catch a horse. The horse turned and kicked him. It shattered his knee and required surgery. I did not give him permission to go there and he did not have permission from farm owner. Does the farm have any responsibility?
