Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oklahoma

I bought a home from a man on a small lot he divided into two

lots to later sell the other after three years I later found my septic

tank and latteral lines to be on that lot now he tells me I need to

purchase that lot or he is going to dig my tank up can he do that

the tank has been a part of the home for over 40 years I live in

Oklahoma should this be an attachment to thehome and be as is

No. You need to file a quiet title action to obtain title to the underground site.
