Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oklahoma

My boyfriend asked to use my car on September 18th to give a friend a ride. He was supposed to be gone no more than 8 hours so I said yes. It has now been almost 19 hrs and I cannot locate him by phone or text. Can I still report my car stolen?

Yes, file a police report. Take a copy of his drivers license; if not a photo.
