Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oklahoma

My brother agreed to hold all my property for me when I went to prison here in OK. Now that I'm out he refuses to return any of it. He moved to NY and I'm stuck here, homeless, no car, no tools. How can I get him to return my stuff?

Did you have a a written agreement with your brother?

Did you have title to all your properties. You can get title to your home from the county clerk's office where the house was located. You can also get a copy of the deed to your vehicle. IF you did not transfer title, then you will have a cause of action against him.
