How do I evict tenant?

I have a residential property that is being rented out by noisy and late payment tenants. They no longer have a lease and I would like to evict them. I know I have to give them a written notice, but what do I do if they do not move out after 30 days?

You must file a Forcible Entry and Detainer action. In most jurisdictions, FED actions are set on the small claims docket. The court clerk will have all the forms you need and will most likely help you fill them out and answer any proceedural questions you might have.
