eviction legal if tenant is given 4 days to move?

my landlord is more like a slum lord, as he does not take care of his property when he has tenants living in them. he has given me and my family 4 days to get moved, anything left in the house will be his after November 4, 2002. i want to nail him to the wall, but i do not know how. please help me.

Thank you for your question. I do not know what the landlord's basis is for the eviction. Non-payment of rent; failure to correct a breach such as having cars parked where they are not suppose to be; or whether he is just eviciting you because he does not want to lease to you any longer. It could even be on the basis that you are doing something which threatens harm to the public. Your post doesnt tell me anything about what he has done or failed to do. Do you have a written lease. The only way he can get you out is by taking you to court.
