Non-payment of rent; failure to correct a breach such as having cars parked where they are not suppose to be; or whether he is just eviciting you because he does not want to lease to you any longer. It could even be on the basis that you are doing something which threatens harm to the public. Your post doesnt tell me anything about what he has done or failed to do. Do you have a written lease.
