Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oklahoma

Can i file a quiet title on a residence to obtain ownership of the property because the property in question has not had taxes paid on it in 3 years and it is about to come up for tax auction.

Unless you own the property you cannot file quiet title. You can make a bid to buy it at the tax auction.
