Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oklahoma

If my husband and I co-sign a home mortgage with our son, what happens to the equity if we sell the home in 8 years. We would all 3 be on the deed. Our son will be making no payments towards the price of the home.

Yes. You need a separate agreement with your son regarding the equity in the house.
