Land Easements

I obtained a written easement for septic lateral lines, will/can I deed that easement over to new property owner when I sell my residence

It depends upon the language of the easement. If the easement was granted personally to you, then no. If the easement contain language which indicates it runs with the land, then yes. Contact a real estate lawyer near you if there is any confusion or the easement is unclear. An easement drawn by such a lawyer would be clear as to which type it is.
