Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oklahoma

I have a law suit for $40,000. pending a judge's decision on ernest money deposited in a real estate transacrion with no realtor involvement in the State of OK. We gave the seller's $40,000. ernest money on 1,058 acres for $775,000. We didn't buy the property because we couldn't get financing due to environmental problems with the property The seller's would not refund the $40,000 and we filed a law suit and had a hearing before a judge in November 2008. The judge has never ruled. Can we sell this law suit?

No, you cannot sell a lawsuit. It is filed in your name.
