Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oklahoma

I am not currently living in my home, I owe several years in back property taxes. The property is set to be auctioned off, am I really going to lose my home of twenty three years?

Make arragment with state to pay property taxes - with a payment plan. See if you could get a consent decree before it is auctined off. Under the law. you have the right of first purchase.
