Can we lose our land?
If you allow someone to put a mobile home on your land and stay there for keeping the land up, can they claim that land after a number of years?

One of the requirements for obtaining title to real property by adverse possession is that they be in possession of the property without the permission of the owner. Permissive use can become nonpermissive, such as when the occupant makes it known that they are claiming title to the land.
If you are concerned that someone may be attempting to obtain your land by adverse possession then you should immediately file an action to evict them from your land.
