Property line
What does the law in Oklahoma say about cutting
your neighbors tree branches hanging over the property
line? Or about having him orderd to cut them down
if they are causing property damage?

Re: Property line
If your neighbor's trees are interfering with your use and enjoyment of your property(because they encroach on your property), then you may have him ordered to trim the branches. You may also trim those branches yourself which overhang onto your property. Before doing so, you should give your neighbor the opportunity to abate the nuisance himself first.
