Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oklahoma

I recently bought a truck, from an individual. He told me that the title was at his mother's house, and that he would mail title to me in the mail. I gave him the address, and I got a bill of sale from him. When I went to the tag agency to transfer title into my name, they told me that the title had a lein on it. What do I do about it?

You need to file a small claims action if price of vehicle is less than $6000.00. If not bring a suit in District Court of the county where you reside. You are better off getting a lawyer.
