Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oklahoma

I recently gave my son 80 acres the minerals were intact but the deed hes no mention of the minerals ,The surface and minerals were in a trust , the deed was a one page instrument (real property)are the minerals still in the trust or do they belong to him now?

The minerals should have been excepted in the Deed. You may wish to file a correction deed. Consult a local lawyer for assistance.
