Got Ripped By Ex-Girlfriend

Bought a house with my Ex-Girlfriend. we went to sign the paper work(we both signed). i found out she refinanced the house and bought another one in iowa.It seems that although my name is on the bill, it is not on the opinion deed. Now she wants to RESELL the house to me and move to iowa. Do i have any recourse?

It sounds like you signed on for the debt obligation but without getting any ownership interest in the house. This all sounds very strange to me that you could do that through a mortgage company or closing company without being advised of what was going on. You should take the paperwork to an attorney to determine what your obligation and rights are. Only after a thorough review of the paperwork and interview of you can it be determined what recourse you have.
