Sellers signing Warranty Deeds
If one goes in to title as joint tenants, with right of survivorship, bothe single, how do they leave title if property sells.
Can one take title with warranty deed as, Joe R. Glick, or James Patterson?

I am not sure I understand the question. If two unmarried individuals hold title as joint tenants WROS, and desire to sell it they will show themselves as "so&so, a single person, and so& so, a single person" in the clause that identifies the Grantors. If the person taking title is single or married, it should be indicated as "John Doe, a single (married) person.
