Based on the information you provided, it appear that your mother is be abused and exploited. This is illegally, especially if the acts are being carried out the person responsible for her health, safety and welfare.
It appear that you will need an attorney to hire in behalf of your mother and you may need to name the others and co-conspirators. It is also important to secure a copy of the document that awarded the land to you.
This attorney can best act in the interest of you and your mother. In the meantime, make sure you respond (Pro-Se) with answers to any legal documents you receive and file a cross-petition outlining these allegation, included the complaint to Adult Protective Services, to assure they become a part of your court records and to assure this information is available for your attorney.
