Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oklahoma

My sister tried to purchase a home but the bank said that the roof was bad

so the bank wouldn't loan the money till the owners fix it, which they didn't wanna do

so now the owners say their gonna sue my sister her husband and my sisters realitor

can they do that? My Sis can't do nothing it's not her fault se can't purchase it till they fix the roof.

Get a lawyer. The seller cannot sue when the house was not fit to obtain a mortgage and needs a new roof.
