Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oklahoma

I had a verbal agreement with a family member to buy a trailor house from me he has now backed out and stopped making payments. I just found out he has tore the place up and will cost a lot to fix it. Is there anything I can do since it was only a verbal agreement? I live in Oklahoma

If your agreement was made within a year, yes, I would suggest you go to small claims court to recover the damages.
