Legal Question in Social Security Law in Oklahoma

Cancelation of Social Security Disability

I am currently on Social Security Disability, and they stated that my claim will be reviewed in five to seven years. I do not have the kind of disability that is treatable, or improvable. When my case is reviewed, what chance is there that my elibibility for benefits will be cancelled? I will not exceed the earning limits per month.

Thank you for your question. Unless your have been notified of review date coming up in 3-6 months there is no reason for you to be worrying about this future possibility. Without knowing more I could'nt possibly give you an answer anyway. And if I knew everything about your current condition, how would I know how you will be 5-7 years from now.
