Employer took out taxes but did not it into IRS
I worked for a employer last year. When it came time for W2 to come in, I didnt receive any. So I called my ex employer and he said they came back to his account. He said he would get them for me but after 2 weeks I went to the IRS and he hadnt paid any taxes in on me. He took the money out of my checks when payday came around. What or should I do? Please advise me.

IRS will be happy to hear about this -- just contact your local office and relate the facts. If they are as you say, they will contact the employer and seek the unpaid taxes.
