Legal Question in Traffic Law in Oklahoma
bench warrant
i just learned about a bench warrant from a twenty dollar ticket from about six month ago can i go to the court house and just pay the ticket and any additonal fines and then would it be taken care of or would i be set a court date? thank you

Without knowing exactly which court you're in, it's hard to answer your question. However, in general, most courts will allow you to do a warrant recall and "add on" your case to the docket to be disposed of that day. You will incur additional court costs due to the warrant, but that usually is it.
To be safe I would advise you contact a local attorney to determine how the court in which your ticket is located will act. A nominal fee is better than going to jail.
