Legal Question in Traffic Law in Oklahoma
im in a case for an auto accident i am the plaintiff the defendants are asking me for my work history crimanal back ground and my income tax information. what does that have to do with my case?

I would agree with you it doesn't seem relevant. However, were these things requested in formal discovery? If so, you may have to end up providing that information. Perhaps they are looking for possible abuse of drugs or alcohol in your past. --(But that is just a guess). It is important to consult with your legal counsel and seek his/her advise. Good Luck! Bob
