Legal Question in Traffic Law in Oklahoma
i ran a red light and ran into another car. i didn't have insurance and the person i hit doesn't have a drivers licence or insurance and they went to the hospital.can they still come back and take me to civil court and what can the judge do to me about the no insurance and running the red light?
