Legal Question in Traffic Law in Oklahoma
Is speeding in a school zone considered a felony or a misdemeanor? The ticket said I was originally going 35-37mph and was reduced to 34mph. I already went to court and paid the fine, but I need to fill out paperwork for my job.

Speeding and any traffic violation is typically looked upon misdemeanor, unless it has caused injury or harm to another person. .
