speeding violation

Yesterday I received a speeding ticket. The officer said I was driving 43 in a 25 mph construction area but there were no workers or equipment on or near the road. He gave me a speeding ticket but instead of issuing a fine, it says I have to go to court. This is the first time I've ever gotten a speeding ticket that didn't include a fine. (I also got a ticket because I didn't have my insurance verification with me and I got another ticket for an expired tag. The tag is no problem since I can get one on monday and those 2 tickets will be forgiven.) I would rather not go to court but I may not have a choice. I would appreciate any advice you may offer. You will need to go to court. If you fail to go to court, a bench warrant will be issued. You can ask the prosector to reduce the ticket to a 35 mph in a 25 mph and pay the ticket. That way it will not go on your record with OK Dept. of Public Safety.
