Legal Question in Traffic Law in Oklahoma
Traffic Accident
My son was involved in an accident 5 days ago where the driver had pulled outin front of him partially in to the road and stopped.He was also left of center.The roads here were icy and my son was attempting to make a left hand turn but when the guy pulled out my son had no where to go and slid into the truck.My son gave his name and phone # but the other driver said he didn't have time he had to go to work and left the scene with out giving any kind of information. He then shows up at my sons work later with an estamite demanding my son pay it.Be aware the police were never called so there is no accident report.What should I do.Should I report this to my insurance co. or is this now acivil matter?

You should contact your insurance company ASAP and file a claim. They will then investigate to determine fault.
