I have a small interest in a pumping oil well in Oklahoma. I live in Arkansas. I want to assign my rights to my daughter, who lives in California. The oil production company says I need to send them an assignment. Exactly what kind?

You just need to draft a document transferring all of your interest in the well to your daughter and granting her all proceeds.
It doesn't have to be very complex. Just draft a document stating what you want to do, have it notarized, and then send it to the company.
