i bought 120 acres of land and my access to the property has been stopped due to the person selling his land and the present owner won't return my calls.another access is blocked we asked the lady to unblock road instead she had boulders put in front of old gate who do i contact to try to gain access?

You need to bring a quiet title action to resolve the right of way. First, look at your abstract and determine on whose property lies your right of way. Then write them a demand letter to let you use the right of way. If that does not work, then you may file a suit to quiet title on your right of way.
