discharge personal rep of estate for failure to maintain

what motion or petition do i need to file to have the person that was granted personal representitive of my g'mas estate removed on the grounds that he/she hasn't maintained the property and he/she hasn't done what he/she agreed to do in court.i was proved as the sole heir in court although i was not mentioned in her will.

Thank you for your question. Your question is a little confusing as to why you would want to remove a personal representative from an estate when you indicate that you are not bequeathed anything under the Will. Did you challenge the admission of the Will to probate on the grounds of fraud, incompetency or undue influence? My question is, "what do you hope to accomplish by removing the personal representative?" The law of Oklahoma does require the personal representative to perform and complete certain specific acts within a specific timeframe. A failure to perform as required could be grounds for removal.
