Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oklahoma
Durable Power of Attorney
Does the Oklahoma Durable Power of Attorney HAVE to be filed at the County Courthouse? If this POA is given to another family member does the cohabitating legal spouse have a right to a copy? Does an attorney or bank officer have the right to refuse providing a copy to this spouse?
Thanks!

YES

Next time, I suggest that you give more facts surrounding this issue. It appears from your questions that your spouse does not want you to have a copy. If that is true, then you shall not have one.
