Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oklahoma
My father had a will drawn up and it is on file at an attorneys office. Can any of his children ask to look at it or does the one who holds power of attorney have the only right to request to look at it?

If you father is still alive, then he controls who may look at his will. (He may have given this right to his attorney-in-fact.) If he is deceased, then the person named as Personal Representative should initiate a probate and file it with the Probate Court. If the PR does not, then any other interested person can initiate the probate and demand that the attorney file the will with the court.
