mineral rights Oklahoma
my father was willed in an estate mineral rights, cannot currently find and local county clerk refuses to open for research? How can he prove. He knows someone else in county has currently trying to claim? Please advise. marshall County ok clerk office

File a copy of the will in the deed records of the county clerk of the county where the land is located.
Hire a lawyer or a landman to delp you locate the minerals.
