Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oklahoma

My mother has set up a trust and has selected one family member as the executor and another has Power of Attorney. She has now decided to change the PoA but the attorney she originally used has moved to another state. Can I just type up a duplicate form as the one first set up and list her new choice and have it signed and notorized without having to hire another firm?
