What is the Oklahoma Law statute about the length of time that successor trustee(s) have to dissolve a trust after final death of initial trustee(s)?

The successor trustee must always act as a fiduciary, in the best interest of the trust and its beneficiaries, and consistent with the terms and purposes of the trust. Other than these obligations, there is no statutory time frame for dissolution of a revocable living trust.
