Past Child Support

How long do you have to sue for past child support. Only received 200.00 while child was minor and he is now 33. Natural father has died and they are settling his estate and I wanted to know if I can still receive back child support.

Interesting issue. A law was passed in the last five years or so that made past due child support not subject to any statute of limitations period, i.e., you can collect it forever.
