post nuptial agreements

My mother in law married a man

who died 4 months later. The post

nuptual agreement was signed 2

days before the marriage. Does it still

remmain in effect? How does it work

if all the assest of the husband were

not listed and the is no will. Example,

vechiles, large motor home, etc.

Sounds like this might be worth some money to your mother in law. If this is important to you, these do-it-yourself pre-, post-nuptial agreements can be busted. If so, your mother in law could inherit the largest portions of this estate -- ala Anna Nicole Smith. Better get a lawyer.
