Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oklahoma
post nuptial agreements
My mother in law married a man
who died 4 months later. The post
nuptual agreement was signed 2
days before the marriage. Does it still
remmain in effect? How does it work
if all the assest of the husband were
not listed and the is no will. Example,
vechiles, large motor home, etc.

Re: post nuptial agreements
Sounds like this might be worth some money to your mother in law. If this is important to you, these do-it-yourself pre-, post-nuptial agreements can be busted. If so, your mother in law could inherit the largest portions of this estate -- ala Anna Nicole Smith. Better get a lawyer.
