You've got to be kidding. If you are serious, a store like Staples or Office Max has forms, but there are so many nuances involved that the standard forms should not be used. I truly suggest using an estate attorney, even with the cost that may be involved. You should also consider a Durable Power of Attorney, Living Will and, if appropriate, a living trust. Don't be penny wise and pound foolish with so much at risk.

My honest advice is don't be cheap here. The kits you speak of are basically procticing law without a license, AND THEY MAKE SERIOUS MISTAKES!

Do yourself a favor and hire an Attorney. It will pay you back in spades!
