Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oklahoma

I read your answer about the death of a spouse in Oklahoma and property, and have a similar question. My stepmother died recently after being married to my dad for 15 years. It was her intention for my dad to stay in their home, that she owned, until his death, if it was after hers. Now her daughter, who now owns the property has told him he has 30 days to leave. Can she legally force him out? He is going to see an attorney. She also believes that half of everything he owns now belongs to her.

It dpends on what your step mother's will said. If she wrote it down then he should be able to stay there. This bequest should be in a Will, Trust or a Deed.
