I've lost contact with a trustee. Are trustees registered (if so where) and if they retire or pass away how do you find their successor? Many thanks.

The Trust documents should explain how successor Trustees are appointed or come to being. If the Trustee is a lawyer or maintains some other professional license you may be able to track him/her down through that means. Otherwise you may have to hire a private investigator to search for you.

Depending on how much information you have you may be able to find this person through some internet research by you.
