no will cant afford probate any way to transfer house title to my name from parents lived in house since before parent died has payed house tax and all bills since before she died she died about 6 years ago have4 sisters 1 brother all agree i get house that is all she had still pay everything

File Judicial determination of death. They can all give you Quit Claim deed to the house. Court will decide.
