Does a will exist?

How can I learn if my father left a will and am I named? I live in Maine and he lived in Oklahoma.

The only two ways are to either connect with the person holding the Will that has not yet been submitted to Probate; or to contact the applicable Probate Court for the County where your father passed away and periodically check in to see if/when it is filed. As an Heir you also should receive notice from the Court if/when someone applies to be appointed Personal Representative of his estate.
