i have been searchingfor my dads will when he passed away 7months ago my step mother is selling all of his property that he left the children the she has tried to take the insurance moneybut the insurance called and she is drawing his sevice money

You should check with your dad's attorney, or with the county clerk's office. If your dad has a safe deposit box, you should have an attorney pursue an order to have the box opened.
