Legal Question in Workers Comp in Oklahoma

Accident at work. Causing severe injury.

I would like to know how I go about getting compensation. Broke both legs in a oilfield accident, May of last year. I have been off work and living on workmans comp

What do you when compensation? Other than workers compensation your only claim would be if the injury was caused by equipment that was defective in some manner, i.e. a production liability claim against the manufacturer of the product. Email me at my direct email to inquire.
