physcian choices

Do I have to see the doctor referred by workmans comp.? What are the terms I am required to follow concerning physcians (neurosurgeons)?

The answer to your question is PROBABLY yes. I say probably because an injured worker has a choice to choose his/her treating physicians unless there is a Certified Workplace Medical Plan in place. Additionally, an insurance company may send you to a physician at any time for evaluation purposes at their cost. However, you may choose your physician in most other circumstances.
