Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Oregon
Our chapter 13 was dismissed, Jan 10, due to not being able to complete pmts in 60 mo. due to unemployment and loss of income. Is it possible for us to refile chap 13. We live in Oregon

It is possible to file your chapter thirteen again. There may be a timing issue based upon your individual circumstances, and, based upon your brief description, it is important your plan suggested is feasible and confirmable, but the bankruptcy courts are available to you.
